1. Booking and Payment

1.1. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment as per the instructions provided.
1.2. All payments must be made in full via the payment link sent after booking.
1.3. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date.
2.2. Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in are non-refundable.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Check-in is available from 15PM on the arrival date.
3.2. Check-out must be completed by 11AM on the departure date.
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

4. House Rules

4.1. No smoking is allowed inside the property.
4.2. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is granted.
4.3. Guests must respect neighbors and observe quiet hours between 22PM and 9AM.
4.4. Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.

5. Liability and Damages

5.1. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay.
5.2. Snugvillas is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
5.3. Guests must notify Snugvillas of any damages immediately.

6. Occupancy

6.1. The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking.
6.2. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

7. Use of the Property

7.1. The property must be used solely for accommodation purposes.
7.2. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for managing your reservation and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Snugvillas is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Amendments

10.1. Snugvillas reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.
